My career path changed in 1999 to Real Estate after being in the hospitality industry for over 17 years. This customer oriented business which required a lot of listening and paying attention to detail has helped me with clients to obtain their goal, a new home. You always need to stay abreast of the ever changing market place and keep your clients informed to make this process less time consuming and as stress free as possible. My strong background in customer service, which came from being in the Hospitality industry for 17 years allows me to negotiate well in any situation. My specialties include the new home and resale marketplace along with land home packages with extensive knowledge of local and national builders. I firmly believe that continuing your education keeps you on top of your game and your clients ahead of the curve on all transactions.

David relocated to the area from Pittsburgh, Pa. and spends his time between Denver on the west side of Lake Norman and Linville in the mountains of North Carolina.
